1. About Setlist Go

Setlist Go is an app designed to help singers and performers create and manage setlists, songs and lyrics for rehearsals, gigs and performances.

Setlist Go is provided by Carl Elmer, United Kingdom.

Some features of Setlist Go may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account.

• Keeping your login credentials secure.

• All activity carried out through your account.

You must not attempt to access another user’s account without permission.

Setlist Go may offer an optional auto-renewable subscription called Setlist Go Pro.

The current subscription offered is:

Setlist Go Pro – Monthly
Subscription period: 1 month
Free trial: 7 days for eligible new subscribers
Price: £3.99 per month in the United Kingdom. Prices may vary in other countries or regions.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store.

After any applicable free trial, your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.

Subscription pricing may change in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies and applicable law.

Where a free trial is offered, eligibility is determined by Apple.

Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown when you subscribed.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Setlist Go does not directly process or store your payment card information.

Refund requests are subject to Apple’s applicable refund policies.

You may add information such as song titles, lyrics, notes and setlists to Setlist Go.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any content you add to the app.

You retain ownership of content that you create or enter into Setlist Go.

You must not use Setlist Go to store, distribute or share content in a way that infringes another person’s copyright, intellectual property rights or other legal rights.

Setlist Go is a tool for organising content supplied or entered by users.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of song lyrics or other copyrighted material complies with applicable copyright law and any licences or permissions that may be required.

Setlist Go does not grant you rights to copyrighted music, lyrics or other third-party content.

You agree not to:

• Use Setlist Go for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.

• Introduce malicious software or harmful code.

• Use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others.

We aim to keep Setlist Go available and operating reliably, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Features may occasionally be modified, updated, suspended or discontinued.

We may update or modify Setlist Go from time to time to improve functionality, security or performance, or to comply with legal or platform requirements.

You may stop using Setlist Go at any time.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been seriously breached or where necessary to protect the app, its users or our services.

Termination of your Setlist Go account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple Account settings.

Setlist Go is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Setlist Go.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Your use of Setlist Go is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

A link to the Privacy Policy is available within the app and on the Setlist Go website.

If you download Setlist Go through Apple’s App Store, you also agree to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions.

Use of Setlist Go is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) where applicable.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for Setlist Go except where required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, the revised Terms will be published on this page and the effective date above will be updated.

Your continued use of Setlist Go after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
